What Can I List?

You can list second-hand or surplus event rental equipment in good, working condition. That includes:

• Sailcloth tents
• Pole tents and frame tents
• Tables and chairs
• Dance floors, lighting, and staging
• Event accessories and hardware

Not allowed:
We do not allow listings for perishable goods, heavily damaged equipment, items not related to the event or rental industry, or anything prohibited by law.

How Selling Works

1. Create a listing: Upload photos, describe your item, and set your price.
2. Connect with buyers: Interested buyers can reach out or purchase directly.
3. Get paid: Once the buyer receives the item or confirms pickup, funds are released to your bank account.

Note: At this time, we do not take commissions or charge listing fees.

How Buying Works

1. Browse listings: Search by category, keyword, or location.
2. Check listing details: Review condition, dimensions, price, and seller terms.
3. Pay securely: We hold your payment until you confirm you’ve received what you purchased.

If you have questions about an item, message the seller before purchasing.

Shipping & Pickup

We do not coordinate shipping or delivery.

Buyers and sellers must arrange logistics directly. Be clear in your listing whether items are for local pickup, delivery, or if you're open to freight or shipping.

Tip: Include your location in the listing title or description to make it easier for local buyers to find you.
